About EverHaven

Maine's Nurse-Led Home Care

Founded by registered nurses with over 15 years of critical care experience — built for families who want careful, steady support at home.

Our Story

How EverHaven Began

EverHaven was founded by registered nurses who spent years at the bedside. Again and again, we saw the same pattern — older adults admitted alone, often after weeks of quietly declining at home. Poor nutrition, missed medications, a fall no one was there to prevent. By the time we met them, much of it could have been caught earlier if someone had simply been there.

We also watched patients discharged home before families felt ready, returning to quiet houses without enough help for daily care, safety, or simple human connection.

We knew there had to be a better way. Drawing on that clinical experience, we built EverHaven as a nurse-led home care agency in Maine — focused on the kind of steady, attentive presence that helps small problems stay small.

What We Provide

Concierge Home Care With Heart

We provide non-medical home care, personal care, and companionship — with RN oversight and a small team of carefully selected, well-trained caregivers.

Our mission is simple: every client should feel safe, calm, and respected in the place they call home, and every caregiver who wears the EverHaven badge should feel valued and supported.

If that sounds like the kind of agency you’d want to work with — as a family or as a caregiver — we’d love to hear from you.

Our Leadership

Meet the Founders

EverHaven was founded by two registered nurses who believe home care should be led with clinical judgment and personal care.

May Ann Diangson, BSN, RN

With over 15 years as a critical care nurse across the Philippines, Oman, and the United States, May brings a global perspective and deep compassion to her work. A devoted nurse, mother, and entrepreneur, she founded EverHaven to build a care team that honors connection, integrity, and dignified service — and she continues to lead the clinical side of every care plan.

Mark Joseph Diangson, BSN, RN

MJ is a registered nurse with 15 years of emergency department experience, recognized for compassionate care in the most high-pressure moments. He has received the DAISY Award twice, the Patient Experience Award, and recognition for his work in autism care. As EverHaven’s co-founder, MJ joins home visits, supports clinical decision-making alongside May, and represents EverHaven at community events — bringing the same calm presence and genuine heart for people to every family we serve.
